In Serbia, the number of infections has been increasing again since the beginning of October. A third wave is looming, with a second peak in July. A mask is required if minimum distances cannot be maintained in public. Private meetings are limited to five people.

The government of Kosovo issued a partial lockdown in early November. Public events are prohibited.

In Greece, the number of cases is still high, despite a slight decrease. For this reason, on December 7th, the government extended the lockdown that had been in effect since the beginning of November until January 7th. Schools, restaurants, bars and nightspots as well as the courts remain closed. In addition, travel from one region of the country to another is prohibited without an important reason. The curfew between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. also remains.
