In the fight against the corona pandemic, England is introducing heavy fines for violating the protection rules. Anyone who disregards the isolation requirement after a positive corona test or after being asked by the health authorities, for example, must expect a fine of up to 10,000 pounds – the equivalent of around 11,000 euros – as the British government announced. The new regulations will apply from September 28th.
