The increasing number of corona infections in Austria has consequences: In Vienna, the “leading corona clinic”, the Kaiser-Franz-Josef-Spital, is full, as the daily newspaper “Austria” writes. There is currently no more space for more Covid-19 intensive care patients, it is said. New cases would have to be outsourced to other hospitals such as the Floridsdorf Clinic, Favoriten or the AKH. According to this, 34 patients are currently in intensive care in Vienna. A total of 171 patients are being accommodated in hospitals because of the corona virus.
