The Biden admin­is­tra­tion repa­tri­at­ed a Guan­tanamo Bay pris­on­er to his home coun­try of Afghanistan on Fri­day after a fed­er­al court ruled he was unlaw­ful­ly detained, an admin­is­tra­tion offi­cial said.
