US Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump was booed at the cof­fin of the late judge Ruth Bad­er Gins­burg at the US Supreme Court. “Vote him out!” Chant­ed a group of peo­ple who had gath­ered in front of the Supreme Court. Reporters present report­ed that the words “Wor­thy of their wish!” were called. Trump and First Lady Mela­nia lin­gered in front of the cof­fin for a moment.

A few weeks before the US elec­tion on Novem­ber 3, a bit­ter dis­pute broke out between Repub­li­cans and Democ­rats over the replace­ment of the vacant posi­tion at the Supreme Court. The Democ­rats are demand­ing that Ginsburg’s post in the influ­en­tial court be filled by the win­ner of the pres­i­den­tial elec­tion. Accord­ing to her grand­daugh­ter Clara Spera, that was also Ginsburg’s last wish.
