In Rus­sia, author­i­ties said 524 new coro­n­avirus-relat­ed deaths were reg­is­tered with­in 24 hours. This sur­passed yesterday’s high of 507. The num­ber of report­ed Covid-19 deaths since the pan­dem­ic began has now increased to a total of 38,062. In addi­tion, the Russ­ian author­i­ties reg­is­tered 25,487 new coro­na infec­tions. The total num­ber of con­firmed infec­tions is now more than 2.18 million.
