Russia may want to have Covid-19 vaccine produced in Germany — - today

Accord­ing to a media report, Rus­sia is con­sid­er­ing hav­ing its Sput­nik V vac­cine pro­duced in Ger­many. Accord­ing to the Inter­fax agency, the head of the RDIF sov­er­eign wealth fund, Kir­ill Dmitriev, said that a French del­e­ga­tion is expect­ed this week. The fund is one of the most impor­tant donors of the project. The vac­cine has already been approved, although not all clin­i­cal stud­ies have been com­plet­ed. The gov­ern­ment in Moscow aims to pro­duce more than a bil­lion cans world­wide in the com­ing year.
