Nothing will make up for our loss of men, but it must not go unanswered.” The Afghan IS branch “Islamic State Khorasan Province” (IS‑K) claimed responsibility for the attack, which killed at least 85 people on Thursday, including 13 US soldiers. “We will hunt you down and make you pay,” Biden said to the masterminds.
