Charges have been filed against a Park­er man linked to a child sex assault case.

Richard Riz­zu­ti, 49, turned him­self in to the Dou­glas Coun­ty Sheriff’s Office on Tues­day after a war­rant was issued for his arrest, accord­ing to the Park­er Police Department.

The war­rant was for three counts of sex­u­al assault on a child and one count of sex­u­al exploita­tion of a child, accord­ing to a news release.

Riz­zu­ti post­ed a $50,000 bond and is no longer in cus­tody. His next court date is sched­uled for Dec. 11.
