In the Nether­lands, where the gov­ern­ment has imposed a sec­ond lock­down, the num­ber of new cas­es is falling sharply. Accord­ing to offi­cial data from the Nation­al Insti­tute for Health (RIVM), 4680 more pos­i­tive tests are report­ed. That’s less than the 5664 on Sun­day and less than half of the pre­vi­ous record of 11,119 reg­is­tered cas­es on Octo­ber 30th.
