According to the Argentine news agency Telam, the authorities are investigating Leopoldo Luque on suspicion of negligent homicide. In the course of the procedure, searches were carried out in Luque’s private house and treatment rooms. The investigators were looking for evidence of misconduct by the doctor in the treatment of the 60-year-old.
