Many are believed to have been abducted and killed by the powerful criminal syndicates. The Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG) cartel rules in the state of Jalisco. For the capture of CJNG boss Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, known as “El Mencho”, the US government offered a bounty of ten million dollars.
