A Geor­gia elec­tion work­er was threat­ened after a video of him sur­faced online. The con­tent: It shows the man throw­ing a piece of paper away — and among Trump sup­port­ers this is inter­pret­ed as evi­dence of fraud in the elec­tion. The man’s polling offi­cer in Ful­ton Coun­ty, Richard Bar­ron, explains that the man did not make a vot­ing slip dis­ap­pear, but rather a list of instruc­tions that vot­ers often put in the enve­lope. “He has now gone into hid­ing because he was threat­ened. I find that shame­ful.” All per­son­al infor­ma­tion of the helper was pub­lished on the Inter­net. The man had to leave his house and is now stay­ing with friends. “He’s afraid to dri­ve his car because infor­ma­tion about his car and license plate is out there.”
