EU Coun­cil Pres­i­dent Charles Michel has post­poned the sum­mit of EU heads of state and gov­ern­ment planned for Thurs­day and Fri­day to the begin­ning of Octo­ber. This was announced by an EU spokesman. He referred to a Covid-19 infec­tion in one of Michel’s secu­ri­ty guards.
