Uni­ver­si­ties have suf­fered stag­ger­ing loss­es in rev­enue due to the pan­dem­ic, and they know that bring­ing stu­dents back would at least help alle­vi­ate the finan­cial pres­sure. But many are strug­gling with how to safe­ly bring stu­dents, fac­ul­ty and staff back to campus.
