Crit­ics say it was uneth­i­cal for Trump to use the fed­er­al build­ing for a polit­i­cal pur­pose, and a vio­la­tion of the Hatch Act for fed­er­al employ­ees who par­tic­i­pat­ed in the con­ven­tion.
