The increas­ing num­ber of coro­na infec­tions in Aus­tria has con­se­quences: In Vien­na, the “lead­ing coro­na clin­ic”, the Kaiser-Franz-Josef-Spi­tal, is full, as the dai­ly news­pa­per “Aus­tria” writes. There is cur­rent­ly no more space for more Covid-19 inten­sive care patients, it is said. New cas­es would have to be out­sourced to oth­er hos­pi­tals such as the Florids­dorf Clin­ic, Favoriten or the AKH. Accord­ing to this, 34 patients are cur­rent­ly in inten­sive care in Vien­na. A total of 171 patients are being accom­mo­dat­ed in hos­pi­tals because of the coro­na virus.
