The U.S. Supreme Court on Fri­day agreed to review a Third Cir­cuit Court of Appeals deci­sion find­ing that the Unit­ed States Postal Ser­vice (“USPS”) is not required to pro­vide reli­gious accom­mo­da­tion allow­ing a Chris­t­ian employ­ee to observe the Sun­day Sabbath.
