In Chile, President Sebastian Pinera has to pay a fine of 3500 dollars. At the beginning of December he had himself photographed with a passer-by, neither of whom wore a mask. Chile strictly stipulates this in public. Pinera has since apologized and said he was walking near his private house without a mask when a passer-by recognized him and asked for a selfie. The picture, in which the two are standing close together, was then put online.
