Unit­ed King­dom gov­ern­ment min­is­ters on Wednes­day pub­lished a draft ver­sion of the con­tro­ver­sial “Inter­nal Mar­ket Bill,” which admit­ted­ly in prac­tice would break inter­na­tion­al law by over­rid­ing parts of Brexit’s with­draw­al agree­ment from the Euro­pean Union.
